We are looking for an “Area Manager” to join our team located in Dubai HQ.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Self sponsored,

• Graduated from University,

• Minimum 5 years work experience in a fashion customer and commercial focused retail environment,

• Fashion-conscious and team player,

• Fluency in English is a must,

• Strong analytical ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office,

• Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment,

• Attention to details and ability to see the big picture at the same time,

• Residing in Dubai or able to move.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Determining the goals and working procedures for achieving the sales budget of the stores in the region,

• Preparing the annual sales budget of the stores in the region and presenting it to the management,

• Compiling and presenting monthly-weekly reports on sales, personnel, costs, and market-related matters to the upper management,

• Ensuring proper execution of established policies, procedures, initiatives and directives,

• Coordinating with HR regarding the formation of teams and performance evaluation of existing staff,

• Closely monitoring competitor firms; keeping track of the market pulse, following trends, and providing feedback for implementation within the organization,

• Developing strategies to increase sales and motivation to achieve the store's sales targets, and monitoring the results,

• Coach, motivate and inspire Store Managers to accomplish store goals and maximize their individual performance,

• Coach Store Managers to increase their stores’ sales, productivity and profitability

• Share best practices to drive overall Market and Global retail performance,

• Ensuring the regular preparation of store reports.
