We are currently seeking a Junior Account Executive, Outpost (Part-time) to enable future digital growth of sweetgreen by meeting the customer where they are and how they want to order.
Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation- Responsible for prospecting and cold calling new B2B leads for Outpost and developing strategies to engage new leads
- Lead Management - Manage the leads to ensure that we are able to get approvals of potential partner companies
- Approval - Ensure the internal appropriate approval of leads and coordinate with account managers to ensure a successful launch
- Process development - Partner with the Outpost Sales Team to develop scalable processes and materials for selling outposts and managing the relationships with our potential outpost partners
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in sales service
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to communicate cross-functionally
- Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy
- Experience using data to guide decisions
- Enjoy spending time with partners to understand their problems and find innovative solutions
- Strong interpersonal, team member relations and leadership abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify and solve problems
