We are currently seeking a Junior Account Executive, Outpost (Part-time) to enable future digital growth of sweetgreen by meeting the customer where they are and how they want to order.

Job Descriptions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation- Responsible for prospecting and cold calling new B2B leads for Outpost and developing strategies to engage new leads
  • Lead Management - Manage the leads to ensure that we are able to get approvals of potential partner companies
  • Approval - Ensure the internal appropriate approval of leads and coordinate with account managers to ensure a successful launch
  • Process development - Partner with the Outpost Sales Team to develop scalable processes and materials for selling outposts and managing the relationships with our potential outpost partners

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in sales service
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to communicate cross-functionally
  • Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy
  • Experience using data to guide decisions
  • Enjoy spending time with partners to understand their problems and find innovative solutions
  • Strong interpersonal, team member relations and leadership abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
